Improve breath control, posture, balance, strength and flexibility with the use of dynamic stretches, pose and postures, to increase strength, flexibility, circulation and balance wile reducing stress, preventing injuries to benefit both body and mind.
Classes will include vinyasa flow which is "movement with breath" and Hatha practice which is "holding poses longer."
What to wear/bring: Comfortable clothing, shoes/socks are optional during the class, yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own), water.
