This class is for anyone looking for a more relaxing practice. We will focus on flexibility, opening hips, chest, shoulders, elongating your spine and calming the mind. Poses are gentle, we use props to relax it to the pose and hold them for a longer time. This class will be held in the upstairs hallway as half the class, if not all of it we will use the wall as a prop. i.e. legs up the wall.
What to bring: Your mat, water, a thick blanket and a bolster if you have one. (Church provides blocks and straps.)
