This is a 45-minute, high intensity (HIIT), small group fitness class focused on improving muscle tone and strength, cardiovascular health and agility. Equipment like TRX Suspension Trainers, BOSU Trainers, medicine balls, dumbbells and body/band resistance, while spending one day on a muscle group, gives an entire body workout that will start your day in the best way possible!
What to wear/bring: Athletic clothing, athletic shoes, small towel and water bottle.
